I led the transformation of iRESTORE’s core hair category, establishing a new creative vision for how the brand presents its technology, communicates its authority, and connects with customers experiencing hair loss. The objective extended beyond refreshing the visuals. It was about building a more premium, cohesive category experience capable of supporting the next stage of the brand’s growth.
I set the overarching strategy and directed its execution across ecommerce, Amazon, paid media, organic social, email, and product storytelling. This required aligning internal teams, channel owners, agencies, photographers, directors, and production partners around one creative vision while ensuring the work addressed each channel’s distinct commercial needs.
To bring the direction to life, I led campaign development from initial positioning through production and rollout. I defined the creative platform, shaped casting and storytelling, directed the visual language, and oversaw photography, video, product content, and post-production. The resulting system gave teams a consistent foundation they could adapt without fragmenting the brand.
The new direction moved iRESTORE beyond traditional device-focused marketing by balancing clinical credibility with a more human story about confidence, commitment, and transformation. Product education remained central, but it became part of a broader narrative that acknowledged the emotional reality of hair loss and the patience required to achieve meaningful results.
More than a campaign, the refresh established a scalable creative foundation for the category. It strengthened consistency across the customer journey, created greater alignment between brand and performance, and positioned iRESTORE as a modern leader in hair-growth technology rather than simply a company selling devices.
This version shows that you didn’t just art-direct a shoot. You identified the business and brand opportunity, established the vision, rallied the organization around it, and created an operating system that could scale.
